For the fifth time, HUNDT CONSULT has been recognised as one of Germany’s top 500 companies with the strongest growth. In the “Real Estate” category, HUNDT CONSULT took eighth place. Background: once a year, the magazine “FOCUS BUSINESS” and the statistics portal Statista name Germany’s growth champions.

30 per cent less CO2 plus offset projects:
HUNDT CONSULT is once again a climate-neutral company

Working with the CO2OP company, HUNDT CONSULT reduced its carbon footprint from approx. 188 tonnes to approx. 133 tonnes in the span of around 12 months – a reduction of around 30 per cent. HUNDT CONSULT offset the remaining emissions through investments in renewable energy projects. This once again made HUNDT CONSULT a climate-neutral company in 2022.

Hamburg family seal for HUNDT CONSULT

The Hamburg family seal (Hamburger Familiensiegel) is awarded to companies that offer employees exceptional support balancing work and family. HUNDT CONSULT earned this certification again in 2022. The family seal is awarded by the Hamburg Alliance for Families, an initiative of the Hamburg Senate, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts.

For the fourth year in a row, HUNDT CONSULT has been named one of the year’s growth champions! Once a year, the magazine “FOCUS BUSINESS” and the statistics portal Statista name 500 German companies that have achieved exceptional revenue growth in recent years. In the “Real Estate” category, HUNDT CONSULT took ninth place.

Climate-neutral company in 2021: HUNDT CONSULT leaves a CO2-neutral footprint

As a market and innovation leader, HUNDT CONSULT sets the standard by working with the company CO2OP to achieve a carbon-neutral footprint. Based on HUNDT CONSULT’s annual greenhouse gas emissions, the experts from CO2OP made recommendations as to how the carbon footprint could be offset further. The offsetting projects are a solar project on Mauritius and a hydropower project in Chile.

Family-friendly company in 2021: HUNDT CONSULT awarded the family seal

Every year, the Hamburg Alliance for Families awards the family seal to companies that take extra steps to ensure a healthy balance between work and family. HUNDT CONSULT was awarded the family seal again in 2021.

HUNDT CONSULT is the 2020 growth champion

The “Financial Times” and Statista named HUNDT CONSULT as one of Europe’s strongest growing companies. After many months of research, the financial publication and the statistics database narrowed the list of thousands of companies down to the top 1,000.

HUNDT CONSULT awarded the 2019 German Excellence Prize

The German Excellence Prize (Deutscher Exzellenz-Preis) for outstanding achievements in business was awarded on 24 January 2019 in Frankfurt am Main. Successful managers, startup founders, digital experts and creatives from a variety of industries met at the gala event. The German Institute for Service Quality, the magazine “DUB UNTERNEHMER” (“DUB Entrepreneur”) and the broadcasting station n-tv awarded 63 prizes in 26 categories. The winners were announced by the highly qualified jury members from business, media and science and handpicked from over 150 submissions. HUNDT CONSULT was awarded second place in the “Products & Development” category.

HUNDT CONSULT has been named one of 2019’s growth champions. This is the result of the annual study conducted by “FOCUS” magazine in cooperation with the data company Statista. For the competition, “FOCUS BUSINESS” and Statista named 500 German companies that have achieved exceptional revenue growth in recent years.

LIFT GUARDIAN wins the TechBoost award from Deutsche Telekom

Bell Management Consultants hosted the Prop Tech Pitch for the second time this year. On 7 June 2018 in Hotel InterContinental in Düsseldorf, 30 PropTech companies presented their business models in five-minute presentations. In the audience were real estate investors and managers, business angels and venture capitalists.

LIFT GUARDIAN wins degewo Innovation Prize: Smart Up the City 2017

For the first “degewo Innovation Prize: Smart Up the City 2017”, HUNDT CONSULT entered the competition with its LIFT GUARDIAN. Through sensors and the Internet, the proprietary technology enables easy monitoring of lift systems for safety, comfort and any necessary maintenance. On 16 November 2017, HUNDT CONSULT found itself in tight competition with four other finalists. degewo AG awarded the prize for the first time in 2017 to recognise new digital technologies, services and business models for real estate and property management.

HUNDT CONSULT is one of the 25 best real estate startups worldwide

With over 700 real estate startups from all over the world in the running, 300 went through an initial selection process, 50 presented to an independent jury in a pre-pitch, and 25 will have the opportunity to present to the international specialist public at EXPO REAL 2017 in October. That is the idea behind the startup competition of the Real Estate Innovation Network (REIN). Included in the 25 selected best real estate startups: HUNDT CONSULT.

2013 ATVISIO Award for lift management specialist HUNDT CONSULT

Business intelligence offers many solutions for using business data to bring your company on the track to success. There are always some particularly outstanding ATVISIO client projects, and to honour them, the well-known performance management service provider presents the “Best Project of the Year” award once a year.
