Since 1973, renowned companies have entrusted their lifts and escalators to our expertise.
Today, 120 highly qualified specialists oversee 50,000 building transport systems in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. They conduct nearly 2,000 modernisations and partial modernisations each year. 8,000 reports per year, a project volume of €200 million and €2.25 billion in assets we manage.

Our 120 employees are the beating heart of our company. Many have been working in building transport systems for decades and have extensive technical and commercial expertise in consultation, planning and consultation.

Tim Gunold
Training: Banker, business graduate
Tim Gunold has collected many years of experience at an international family-owned business. Here and in other positions – with Allianz, Pirelli RE, Gegenbauer and Bayerische Hausbau – he built up his comprehensive real estate expertise in asset, property and facility management as well as in project management, sales, operations, purchasing and (IT) processes. He has been a HUNDT CONSULT managing director since 2016.

Alexander Wüllner
Training: Industrial engineering
Alexander Wüllner worked for many years in management at an internationally active lift company, from regional service director for Bavaria to service director for Central and Northern Europe. Now, he has brought the expertise he developed in sales, account management and shaping high-performing service organisations to HUNDT CONSULT. He is passionate about digitalisation where it serves people. He believes in trust and self-management, and that people can achieve anything when they work together. He has been a HUNDT CONSULT managing director since 2020.

Falko Stolte
Training: B.A. (cum laude) in business studies, MBA
Falko Stolte is a business economist and has held various commercial positions in his career, initially in medium-sized family businesses, and later in the financial advisory division of one of the Big Four auditing firms. He has a deep understanding of financial processes and the management of organisational change projects. He joined the HUNDT CONSULT management team in 2023 and is responsible for the areas finance and controlling, HR and organisation, as well as strategic purchasing.
